Crystelle Pereira is a creative and charismatic cook, baker & cookbook author, raised in North London by Kenyan-born, Portuguese‐Goan parents. She stole the heart of the nation on The Great British Bake Off. Whatever she cooks, Crystelle always puts her own distinctive spin on a recipe: adding a new flavour, experimenting with ingredients or combining complementary cuisines.
