Jemima Wood is the owner and baker at Dollies Bakery, a small family-run establishment near Great Yarmouth. Jemima began her career as a pastry chef, working in various restaurants boasting Michelin stars, and returned home at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 to open Dollies Bakery.
