Throughout his career, MIKA has crafted a world of gritty romance within technicolored alternative pop, earning his place alongside legends like Elton John and Freddie Mercury.
His debut single Grace Kelly (2007) sold over 3 million copies worldwide, topping charts in multiple countries, while Life In Cartoon Motion amassed over 2.8 billion streams and sold 8.3 million albums. Follow-up albums The Boy Who Knew Too Much, The Origin of Love, and No Place In Heaven continued his success, featuring collaborations with Pharrell Williams and Ariana Grande. Beyond music, he won hearts on The X Factor Italy, The Voice France, and his own award-winning variety show Stasera Casa Mika.
His 2019 album My Name Is Michael Holbrook was a turning point, blending vintage synths with live recordings. In 2020, he raised over €1 million for Beirut blast victims through his global I Love Beirut charity concert. MIKA has also explored orchestral music, performed at Coachella, co-hosted Eurovision 2022, and composed a film score for Zodi et Tehu: Frères du désert. His latest album, Que ta tête fleurisse toujours, is his first entirely in French, deeply personal and poetic, confronting love, loss, and self-reflection.
