The Tory Government tried to ban signing at political demonstrations. Some members of the participatory theatre group The Common Lot are here to prove that the music will never stop. They’ll be sharing and singing songs from over 400 years of English political history- some tunes you know and some you’ll be glad to learn. Sit and watch or join in and add your voice to the chorus of protest.

‘The Common Lot are consummate masters of local community theatre’-Outline Magazine.

‘Not my sort of thing, but I liked the way they got the kids booing the capitalist’- (anonymous audience member)
