At POPOLA we are dedicated to uniting the Queer LatinX & Afro-Caribbean diaspora through innovation, challenging colonisation and socio economic barriers.
Our core mission since October 2021 is to diversify and celebrate the rich cultural heritage and creativity of London’s LatinX and Afro-Caribbean communities. We achieve this by creating inclusive and welcoming spaces for women and QTIPOC of the diaspora to liberate themselves through artistic expressions that celebrate our individuality, culture and heritage.
