Rooted in Nature – Bushcraft
You can join a nature trail and be rooted in nature with our Bushcraft sessions. We are excited
to be offering a mix of activities at Latitude this year, so come and find us to join in on some
gratitude sessions by helping us to create a giant dream catcher or help thread a weaving loom rug! Ignite your ancestral roots through lighting a fire by friction! We are also cooking bread over the fire and are offering you a chance to chat or just ‘be’ around the fire with people who love the outdoors and nature.
Big Tree Climbing Company
Our friends from the Great Big Tree Climbing Company will also be on hand to rig you up to
climb a very special tree of ours. You will learn and see how to harness onto a tree and to climb it like a spider monkey or a sloth (go at your own pace). You can then make your way back to earth at speed by whizzing down our zipline, so hold onto your hat.
The Nets
You’ll find plenty of other things that will grab your attention on the way as you try out the rope swings or scramble and roll around the nets nestled amongst the trees. The nets are very popular and you can make some great friends there – so come and play around like a scurry of squirrels.
Ravers2Runners
Bringing all generations together at Henham Park, celebrating movement, music and nature.
A sheltered stage, DJ booth, dance floor space plus much more.
We encourage parents and adults to join in with the fun activities and dancing. Party with us –
with a purpose! Please come and see us for more info on activities, runs and party times.
Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior
Jump on board to help us build the best ship so we can set sail together with Greenpeace to
help save the planet! Come and learn, build and play and let your creativity run free. You’ll find
nestled at the entrance to the Kids Field a tool shed full of hammers, saws, nails, wood and
bunting. We have a team of Greenpeace volunteers here to help you build the Rainbow Warrior Ship. We do encourage kids to learn how to use tools, so we would like the guardians to be there at all times to see how it’s done.
