Comedy
Loose Women star Judi Love‘s motto is “laughter is healing” – so we’re ecstatic to have her join the Comedy bill. Expect her to turn life’s everyday obstacles into something hilarious, and have the whole tent smiling.
Character comedian Milo McCabe will be bringing his award-nominated Troy Hawke show to Latitude, and Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist Myra DuBois will return once more to wow the crowds.
Also added to the comedy line up: Luisa Omielan, Anna Thomas, Daniel Foxx, FOC It Up!, Laura Smyth, Jake Lambert, Raj Poojara, Rajiv Karia, Selena Mersey, Tamsyn Kelly, and Yuriko Kotani.
Across The Arts
Women’s Prize For Fiction are a staple at Latitude. This year they’ll be presenting their Men Reading Women panel with authors Kate Mosse, Vick Hope, Scarlett Curtis, and Mary Ann Sieghart. They’ll also be recording a live version of their acclaimed podcast Bookshelfie with comedian Aisling Bea.
And there’s even more literary talent added, including Ben Wardle, Ella MacLeod and Luke Wright.
Deep in the Faraway Forest, Professor Steve MacLeod will be transforming the Old Oak into the Reflection Tree, offering a place to pause and reflect during the daytime. At night it will be transformed with its magical rays of light reaching out.
Also appearing across the weekend: The Joy Of Text, Glasgow African Balafon Orchestra (GABO), Swing Patrol, Alice Mara Pottery Throwing, Common Threads Press, Magnum Gallery Wall, Jasmine Lilly-Oak, Sisters Uncut, She’s Medicine Cacao Ceremony & Smoke Bundles workshop and Yao Liao By Mushrooms.
