Our Pixies and Campsite Assistant Teams work all over the Latitude site helping festival-goers have the best time ever at Latitude Festival, and we want you to join the team!
Our volunteers only work 3 x 8 hour shifts spread over the course of the festival, which means you’ll still have loads of time off-shift to enjoy everything Latitude has to offer. Plus, you’ll get to pick your shifts in advance, so you can make sure you’re not working when your favourite artists are performing. Oh, and we guarantee at least 2 of the main festival evenings off so please don’t worry that you’ll be working through all of the headliners!

Plus, you’ll be able to make friends for life amongst our volunteer team. It doesn’t matter if you’re on your own or with a group of friends as 50% of our volunteers attend on their own the first year, then make friends at the festival that they return to volunteer with year after year.
