Tommi Miers – restaurateur, Masterchef winner, Guardian columnist – will thrill the theatre with Mexican flavours that don´t use meat. Crystelle Pereira will show us what it takes to be a Masterchef fínalist with recipes from her debut cookery book.
We are delighted to welcome some of the best craft bakers in Britain, with demos from Rebecca Bishop and Sonya Hundal, whilst Marcia Harris and Georgina Webber will enlighten us all to the secrets of Real Bread education.
Norwich food hero Richard Bainbridge will bring his wit and wisdom to the Theatre, and we will have brilliant tastings from Flint Wines and Chet Valley Vineyards, East Anglia wine pioneers.
Our panel discussions will explore the richness of East Anglia´s artisan food culture, whilst Malika Basu will chair a discussion on the Third Culture flavours that are emerging in our kitchens. And we will have a light-hearted look at the best-worst recipes, the grub that shouldn´t work, but does!
All this, plus the tastiest 90s disco, and Albion Nights Kitchen Concerts will bring their musical magic to the Theatre of Food.
