Latitude is a cashless festival. All food, drinks/beverages and merchandise will be cashless. Cash machines will NOT be available at this year’s festival.

Under 10’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over AT ALL TIMES.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.
Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have children 16 years or younger in the group.

Latitude Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children. The acts that are noted as ‘kid friendly’ are purely recommendations and the final judgement and responsibility for what the child sees remains with the parent.
The Comedy Arena will contain swearing. Some Theatre and Cabaret performances may contain nudity. Other stages may feature material not suitable for children that we are unable to predict and classify due to the nature of live performance.
Any lost property found during the festival is taken to the Lost Property, Information & Left Luggage Tent, open 24 hours throughout the festival. For any lost property queries please email latitudelostproperty@gmail.com.
You may be body and/or bag searched at the entrances. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities onsite may be searched.
*Please note: Latitude Festival/Festival Republic (FR) or personnel appointed by FR can refuse entry/possession of any items below at their discretion. In the event of adverse weather, some items will be subject to review.

Portable chargers will once again be provided by 3Charging with multiple locations across the arena and campsite. 3Charging is available to everyone, and Three customers get half-price charging via the Three+ rewards app. Just show the app on-site to claim your discount.
Trolleys will be available to help get all your kit from your car to where you decide to camp. Hire points will located in the Red General Car Park and the Family Car Park, close to the festival entrances, this is where you can hire a trolley, load up and ease into the festival.
A hire form must be completed and a £50 deposit will be taken. Each trolley is provided with bungees and safe use is explained. The hire price will be calculated upon return of the trolley. The cost of the hire is then deducted from the deposit, and the remainder refunded.
If you have children with you from Friday 15:00, you will be able to hire a trolley overnight to wheel your little ones around in, allowing you to catch the late performances whilst they are safe and sound, right by your side. You can also hire a wagon conversion – a trolley with cushions and a canopy with adjustable sides.
We have a limited amount of trolleys and wagons to pre-book for overnight hire. They will be ready for you to collect from Friday 3pm and are to be returned by Monday 9am (£2 non-refundable booking fee applies).
